Tuesday, I was a guest on Midday Live with WBKO13 with Amanda Woolen of The Grateful Moms Doula. We talked comfort measures and gave just a small sample of what you’ll learn during Lamaze Class. Watch us get 'hands-on' with a live demonstration of a great technique that provides much needed comfort and decreases pain during active labor.
